AOII Chapter Events

If your chapter has an exciting event coming up that you want to let others know about, email a description of your event to Abby Mason, Event Manager, at amason@alphaomicronpi.org.

Be certain to include:

  • Event title
  • Date
  • Location
  • Local contact information-name, email and phone
  • Description of the event (Events posted on the AOII website will be made to match the current text style, so do not worry about the font or text size, that will be taken care of for you!)
    *** If the chapter event has a special web page, you can send the link to that page instead of the above information and the web page will be linked to the AOII website.

Reminders:

  • The “Chapter Events” webpage is to invite AOII members and/or the general public and all events must be hosted by an AOII alumnae/collegiate chapter. All AOII events must be in accordance with AOII Policy.
  • Events may take up to two weeks to appear on the web, so be certain to send in your event information early.
  • Content submitted may be edited.
