Alpha Omicron Pi to Launch GINsystems and New Websites for Collegiate and Alumnae Chapters

Gainesville, Fla. (July 1, 2015) -- Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity will launch new collegiate and alumnae chapter websites and the GINsystem chapter management tool for all chapters in early fall.

The chapter websites include an in-site photo editor, social media feeds and a user-friendly content editor so chapters can personalize their sites with additional pages, photos, videos, files, and more. AOII chapters will have three custom-branded designs to choose from, and the sites will be responsive on all mobile devices.

The sites also include each chapter's web-based chapter management tool (GINsystem), a private member portal for sharing calendar information, polls and surveys, activity points tracking, and group emails and text messages. GIN will also integrate each website and GINsystem with the Fraternity's membership database and other future technology tools.

"We are excited to launch new websites and GINsystems for our chapters. The sites will give all of our chapters a great AOII presence on the web, and we know our members will benefit from the improved communication that comes from having everything for their chapter in one place," said Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity's Executive Director Troy LeForge.

"GIN is really looking forward to introducing this technology to AOII this summer. GIN ties everything together for true Single Sign-On (SSO) and one member profile so that GIN's tools, along with all others, are finally just one seamless technology system for organizations," said Shaina Geltman, vice president of client relations for GIN. "With over half of the collegians who belong to an NPC sorority using our web and mobile tools, we continue to work toward our goal of helping all members and their organizations simplify and enhance communication."
