Alpha Omicron Pi hosts several signature international events throughout each biennium which provide members with experiences to Inspire Ambition through leadership development, service, sisterhood, and fun.
Alumnae Leadership Conference
AOII’s signature alumnae-centered event is back for 2022. Save the date to participate in this all-alumnae annual virtual event, which will offer educational and engaging programming while providing our alumnae members the opportunity to connect with sisters from across North America!
This summit experience will be focused on equipping select volunteer roles with tools and connections to strengthen you in your role. Attending roles will rotate biennially to allow for focused training and relationship building. For the inaugural Volunteer Summit, Chapter Advisors, Network Directors, NS-Operations & Programming, NS-New Chapter Development, International Standing Committee Chairs, and selected international volunteer facilitators are invited to attend.
This brand-new event experience designed just for collegiate members will be held in two sessions in the summer of 2022. Camp AOII will focus on making new connections and developing leadership skills that can be used in AOII, on-campus, and beyond. Limited spaces are available, but spots will be reserved for each chapter to send at least one participant.

Leadership Academy takes place annually as a training opportunity focused on collegiate chapters. Earlier this year, AOII hosted over 1,100 new collegiate chapter Executive Team and Advisory Board members for Leadership Academy 2022, which was held as a fully virtual experience for the second year in a row. The virtual format has allowed for an increased impact and a greater number of chapter leaders to participate in training to begin their officer terms. As such, the Fraternity is pleased to continue to offer Leadership Academy as a virtual experience for our collegians moving forward.
