Camp AOII

Camp AOII is unlike any other AOII event. Campers stay in a chapter house, share meals, and engage in team building, games, and immersive programming — all while developing the leadership skills they’ll carry into their chapters, their campuses, and their lives beyond AOII.

This event is designed for collegiate chapter members who are emerging leaders — specifically, members who do not currently serve in an Executive Team role. Ideal candidates are typically first- or second-year members who demonstrate strong leadership potential, show a desire for personal and organizational growth, and are likely to step into chapter leadership roles in the future.
