Monthly Gifts

With just a few dollars each month, recurring donors are making a long-term investment in the future of our sisterhood. Monthly donors serve as role models for young alumnae, collegiate members and all women, inspiring them to invest in the future of Alpha Omicron Pi through their individual gifts.

Gifts of $10 per month or more qualify. You can direct your donation toward any specific fund or designate that it goes to where it’s most needed (the Loyalty Fund).

Planned Giving

As you plan for your legacy, a planned gift to the AOII Foundation paves the way for future AOII sisters. When you include the Alpha Omicron Pi Foundation in your estate plan, you demonstrate your generosity, compassion, and commitment to supporting our sisterhood. It can be simple (choosing the AOII Foundation as a beneficiary of an insurance policy or IRA) or more elaborate (designation in your written will). For more information, download the Guide to Planned Giving.

Keystone SocietyKeystone Society

If you choose to include Alpha Omicron Pi Foundation in your estate planning, please let us know! You will join our Keystone Society. Benefits for Keystone Society members include recognition in publications and special invitations. Thank you for Securing the Future of Alpha Omicron Pi!

Days of Giving

Each year, the AOII Foundation hosts two days of giving: Pi Day and Giving Tuesday. Pi Day is celebrated every year on March 14th (because Pi = 3.14…) and we ask sisters to donate $3.14 times the number of years they’ve been an initiated member. Giving Tuesday is held on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (US) and is a global day of giving.

Volunteer

Alumnae members looking to donate their time and talent are always appreciated by the AOII Foundation. The Board Development & Governance Committee (BDG) is charged with the responsibility of recruiting Foundation volunteers from the membership of Alpha Omicron Pi into volunteer roles. The BDG accepts applications all year long.

We have several volunteer opportunities for members to serve and help further the mission and vision of the Foundation. These areas include:

  • Advancement and Marketing Committee
  • Board Development & Governance Committee
  • Fundraising & Development Committee
  • Finance Committee
  • Grants Committee
  • Ruby Fund Committee
  • Scholarship Committee
  • Foundation Ambassadors Committee

To refer a sister for consideration please fill out the Foundation Volunteer Prospect Form.
