For Chapter Advisors and their Alternates


1. Log in to your AlphaLink account 

Log in to your AlphaLink account by going to alphalink.alphaomicronpi.org. 

2. Go to the chapter side of AlphaLink 

Your chapter side of AlphaLink is located at the top right corner of the page. Look for the home icon with your chapter name.

 

3. Click the “Volunteer Summit Registration” tile

The registration tile is where you can register OR select your alternate. Look for this icon.

 

4. Select the “Registration” tile

If you are attending Volunteer Summit, click the registration tile displayed below.

 

5. Select the “Register” Tab at the top of the screen

 

6. Fill out your registration form

When filling out your registration, you will have the ability to select your room type, note any accessibility needs, and submit a roommate request, as well as meal preferences.

You will be asked to provide payment at the time of registration. Chapter Advisors have the option of using the chapter’s prepaid card or requesting reimbursement through the Director of Finance.

Note: This information may be changed until May 23 by contacting events@alphaomicronpi.org. Any changes requested after May 23 may be denied at the discretion of the AOII Events team and may result in a personal fee.

7. You will receive a confirmation message

Once you have submitted your registration, you will see a confirmation message on your screen and receive an email confirmation.

Use the link to add the event dates to your calendar. We can’t wait to see you there!

Selecting an Alternate

 

1. Select the “Alternation Submission” tile

If you are unable to attend Volunteer Summit, please select another advisor of the CCAB to represent your chapter. Click the alternate submission tile displayed below, to select your alternate.

Due to the curriculum focus for this year, we ask that you select the Membership Experience, Membership Integrity, New Member Experience, or another MI or ME team advisor (Chapter Culture, Finance, New Member Experience, or Lifetime Engagement advisor) to attend as your alternate. Please reach out to your ADCE if you are unable to select a ME/MI advisor as your alternate.

 

2. Click the magnifying glass icon to select your alternate

Your alternate must be an advisor on your chapter roster.

 

3. Select the name of your alternate

A popup list of your roster will appear.

 

4. Your alternate selection will appear in the name and email fields below

Once you have selected your alternate name from the popup roster list, you will see your alternate selection displayed. If you selected someone by mistake, click the magnifying glass to select a different member. If your alternate selection is correct, click the submit button.

 

5. You will receive a confirmation message

Once you have submitted your alternate, you will see a confirmation message on your screen and receive an email confirmation.

Your alternate will receive an email notification that they have been selected to attend Volunteer Summit as an alternate. They will now have access to the registration icon on their chapter side of AlphaLink to register themselves.

For International Roles

 

1. Login to your AlphaLink account

2. Click the “Fraternity Events” tile

Look for this icon.

 

3. Click the Registration tile

Look for this icon.

 

4. Select the “Register” Tab at the top of the screen

 

5. Fill out your registration form

When filling out your registration, you will have the ability to select your room type, note any accessibility needs, and submit a roommate request, as well as meal preferences.

You will be asked to provide payment at the time of registration. Please utilize the coupon code provided to you via email (from events@alphaomicronpi.org) when checking out.
