Submitting Chapter Donations to the AOII Foundation:
Following the event, all cash needs to be deposited into the chapter’s BillHighway account or converted to a money order made out to the AOII Foundation. Any checks written for entry fees or for tickets should be made out to the chapter and deposited into BillHighway. Then, a check for all of those funds must be made out to the AOII Foundation, along with the Event Report Form, and mailed within 30 days of the event to:

Tax Deductible Donations
If an individual, business or organization wishes to make a tax-deductible donation, they must make their check out to the AOII Foundation. It is important to communicate to anyone making a donation, that checks must be written to the AOII Foundation to be tax-deductible. Checks made out to the chapter are not tax-deductible. Sponsors can make note of your chapter in the memo section of the check, but the check itself should be made payable to the AOII Foundation. Please note that donations are only tax-deductible if they are made payable to the Alpha Omicron Pi Foundation, not a chapter.
***Additionally, any checks made out to the Arthritis Foundation will be returned to the chapter. Checks must be made out to the AOII Foundation.

Foundation Volunteer Opportunities
The Foundation has several opportunities to serve in various volunteer roles.
We are currently looking for qualified candidates to join our Scholarship Committee for the 2017-2019 biennium, either as a Team Leader or Evaluator.
