2026-2027 Educational Leadership Consultant Application Now Open
The ELC team serves as liaisons, ambassadors, resources, and educators to collegiate chapters and Alpha Omicron Pi members. They visit each of our collegiate chapters throughout the United States and Canada, working with these chapters to enhance programming and reporting, provide training and assistance in recruitment and overall chapter leadership/management, and offer enthusiasm and encouragement to collegiate members, officers, and chapters as a whole.
Being hired as an ELC is a dynamic and fulfilling way to start your career as a young professional. The skills gained as an ELC are applicable across all job fields. We believe that our ELCs have the power to make a long-lasting impact on the collegiate women they work with throughout the year.
Who You Are
A soon-to-be recent grad who is excited about AOII and all the ways the Fraternity makes a difference in our lives! You are passionate about empowering and inspiring leaders. And this year, you may have the opportunity to receive a temporary residence assignment for a newly established chapter or for prolonged chapter support.
