Emergency Contact Procedure
An emergency is a serious, time-sensitive situation in which someone’s immediate health, safety, or wellbeing is at risk or significant harm may occur without prompt action.
The AOII Headquarters Emergency Line should only be used when an urgent situation requires immediate assistance or notification to executive leadership and cannot reasonably wait until normal business hours. Examples may include a serious injury or medical emergency, a threat to an individual’s safety, a fire or other significant facility emergency, a missing member, a death involving a member, or another critical incident affecting members or a chapter.
If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, always call 911 or local emergency services first. The Headquarters Emergency Line is intended to ensure our professional staff can quickly provide support, guidance, coordination, and appropriate organizational response following an emergency.
If your situation constitutes an emergency, please dial 615-370-0920, ext 99.
If you have a facilities emergency, our staff is available 24/7 to help with any urgent facility related issues that may happen after hours. To reach an on-call staff member, please call the Facilities Emergency Line at 615-695-2684.
