AOII Awards Over $1 Million in Arthritis Grants for 2026-2027
Alpha Omicron Pi is honored to award $1,061,940 in arthritis grants for 2026–2027!
This milestone is possible because of the generosity, passion, and hard work of our collegiate and alumnae chapters. Together, we are continuing our legacy of supporting care, education, and innovation for everyone impacted by arthritis.
The largest portion of the funding — $1 million — has been awarded to the Arthritis Foundation to support programs serving children, families, and patients navigating juvenile arthritis and other arthritis conditions. These funded initiatives include JA Camp, the JA Counselor-in-Training Program, JA Family Summit, Power Packs, the Spanish-language expansion of JA Power Pack materials, Juvenile Arthritis Patient Education and Empowerment, PIKASO Research Initiative, and the 24/7 Helpline.
Thank you to every AOII collegiate and alumnae chapter whose support made these grants possible. Your dedication turns compassion into action and makes a real difference for children, families, researchers, and communities everywhere. We are so proud of the impact we are making together!
