AOII Launches New Founders Collective Program

Alpha Omicron Pi is excited to launch the Founders Collective, an immersive leadership experience designed to help members deepen their leadership skills, broaden their perspectives and shape the future of the Fraternity.

Rooted in AOII’s enduring values and inspired by the vision of our Founders, the Founders Collective will bring together women from across the Fraternity for eight months of reflection, dialogue, exploration and connection. Through in-person gatherings and virtual learning experiences, participants will explore leadership from the inside out.

The program will focus on three key areas: Know Yourself, exploring leadership identity, personal values and self-awareness; Lead Others, examining trust, communication, collaboration and influence; and Shape What’s Next, challenging participants to think strategically about AOII’s opportunities, challenges and long-term impact.

The Founders Collective is open to initiated AOII members in good standing who have demonstrated leadership in their careers, communities, organizations or other areas of life. Extensive AOII volunteer experience is not required. Instead, the program seeks members who bring diverse perspectives, a commitment to personal growth, curiosity about others and a desire to contribute to AOII’s future.

Applications are due November 9, 2026. Participants will be selected by December 2, with participation confirmation due December 16.

The Founders Collective offers AOII members an opportunity to invest in their own growth while strengthening their ability to lead with intention, engage complexity and help shape the Fraternity’s future.
