Fort Worth, Texas – The Lambda Rho Chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi at Texas Christian University held a House Dedication on Sept. 17 to celebrate their new chapter house. Lambda Rho collegiate members, advisers, alumnae members, parents and AOII staff were joined by AOII Properties Board President Julie Bishop, AOII Executive Board Vice President Debbie Tam and Network 6 Specialist – Finance Julie O’Brien. Fraternity and Sorority Life Coordinators Evan Konecky and Devin Gregory joined the event to congratulate the chapter and speak about the value of sorority life at TCU.

Chapter President and Mistress of Ceremonies Elizabeth Holman began the event by thanking those who helped with the process of providing the chapter with their new house from the planning stages to the final touches. This structure is university-owned, along with the other sorority houses on campus, and sleeps 32 members. It was decorated and furnished thanks to collaboration between Lambda Rho collegiate members, campus administration and advisers, along with AOII Interior Decorator Fran Ross Robertson. The members have enjoyed beginning the school year in their new home.
