The Assistant Director of Properties is the primary point of contact for network teams and chapters regarding financial operations and administrative aspects of chapters and networks. They work closely with Corporation Relations Advisers, Property Managers, Chapter Advisers, Network Specialist – Finance, Network Specialist – Development, and House Directors.
Your Assistant Director of Properties is here to help your chapter, regardless of whether or not you have a facility. They can assist with educational funds, scholarships, Ritual items, and so much more. Below are just a few of their responsibilities:
- Work with Corporation Fees and contracts
- Work with Headquarters Staff on the overall health of chapters
- Act as contact and manager of house directors
- Review and approves requested purchases for chapters from Corporation funds
- Approve funds for travel to Leadership Institute and Convention

Kate attended Eastern Kentucky University and was a part of Epsilon Omega Chapter (’15). Kate traveled as a member of the 2016-2017 ELC team before joining AOII Properties the following summer. Her favorite part of working on staff is visiting chapters and having the opportunity to get to know collegiate women.
- Kate works with Networks 3, 4, 5 and 6.
Fun fact: During the holiday season, Kate loves to watch all the seasonal Lifetime and Hallmark movies.
Brook was a charter member of Nu Omega Chapter at Northern Kentucky University (’16). She is currently in the process of completing her Master’s Degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education at Indiana State University. Brook joined staff in January 2018. She enjoys getting to meet people from around the United States and Canada in this role.

Fun fact: When she isn’t at work, Brook enjoys cooking all kinds of delicious meals for friends.
