Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity has partnered with Publishing Concepts (PCI) to create an inclusive alumnae directory for our members. The project will also enable AOII to receive important updated information for our member database. It has been 15 years since AOII’s last directory project. We are excited about the ways this effort will help us better serve our members.
Over the next several months, members may receive postcards (pictured right) and emails asking for you to respond by phone to PCI to update your member information. Members not responding after numerous attempts may receive a phone call only to landlines. Security and privacy are important to AOII and PCI is a trusted partner of the Fraternity. PCI is contractually obligated to keep all personal information they receive confidential. Because member participation is essential for an accurate and successful directory, members are encouraged to respond by calling the number provided by PCI. Members may opt out of having their information published. Once PCI collects the updated data from all members, they will compile and publish our 2019 AOII Alumnae Directory, expected to be completed in the fall of 2019. This directory will be available to purchase in a print or digital form only to AOII members. The digital version will be provided as read-only, not allowing for digital downloads of member information.
At the conclusion of each call, AOII has requested PCI to ask members who are not already members of a local alumnae chapter if they are willing to pay 2018-2019 alumnae dues. For more information about alumnae dues, please click here.
If you have not responded or not received a postcard, please reach out directly to the PCI Call Center using the AOII Designated Line – 866-546-6193. Call center hours are M-F: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST, Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM CST, closed Sunday.
