Alpha Omicron Pi is thrilled to announce that we have once again assembled an extraordinary Educational Leadership Consultant (ELC) team for the 2026-2027 academic year! These women were impressive and outstanding among exceptional applicants to the ELC program and truly represent the remarkable membership experiences that our chapters provide.

What are you most excited about for the ELC position for the 2026-2027 term?
I am so excited to support our newest chapter at Clemson University at connect with so many sisters!
How do you plan to inspire ambition among our members?
I hope to inspire AOII women to believe in their leadership abilities and strive to be the best versions of themselves!

I’m obsessed with Dominic Fike’s music!
How has AOII impacted your life?
AOII completely changed my life! As a collegian, it gave me a safe space to learn, make mistakes, and grow as a human. As an alumna, I have had the opportunity to continue my personal and professional growth, and meet SO many AOII women all over the country. Every sister I meet immediately becomes a new friend!

Seeing all the different college campuses!
How do you plan to inspire ambition among our members?
I really want to lead by example and be a role model to these girls. I hope that they will see my enthusiasm and willingness to learn when I visit various chapters.

How has AOII impacted your life?
AOII has given me forever friendships and leadership skills that I will put into practice the rest of my life. I am forever grateful that AOII inspired ambition in me and welcomed me in with open arms four years ago.

What is something you cannot live without on the road/while traveling?
I 100% cannot be without my noise canceling headphones and a good playlist downloaded! Music helps me recharge and stay energized!
What are you most excited about for the ELC position for the 2026-2027 term?
I am so so excited help each chapter recognize the strengths they already have! I’m excited to learn each chapter’s story while supporting members as they grow in leadership and sisterhood!
How do you plan to inspire ambition among our members?
I hope to inspire ambition by reminding members that leadership can take so many different forms. This can be by supporting sisters, stepping out of your comfort zone, or taking on a new position. I want all members to believe that they can make a meaningful impact in their chapter and more!
What are you loving right now?
I downloaded a few Freida McFadden audiobooks to listen to on my travel days!
How has AOII impacted your life?
As a collegian, AOII has given me lifelong friendships and so many opportunities to serve in leadership. I was challenged in ways I didn’t expect and grew so much during my collegian years. Now, as an alumna, I am so honored to be serving as an Educational Leadership Consultant and be able to give back to the organization that gave so much to me. I hope to encourage women the same way so many AOII women encouraged me.

What is something you cannot live without on the road/while traveling?
My Nodpod weighted eye mask! I honestly can’t live without it, even on a normal day. It helps me relieve stress and fall asleep anywhere, no matter where I’m traveling.
What are you most excited about for the ELC position for the 2026-2027 term?
I look forward to watching the growth of the members I meet and mentor while building meaningful connections with women across our chapters!
How do you plan to inspire ambition among our members?
As an ELC, I hope to help collegians discover and live out their “why” in AOII! Whether it is grabbing coffee to encourage someone in her leadership role, celebrating her accomplishments, or showing up to support her beyond the chapter room, I want every member to feel seen, supported, and empowered to lead with confidence. I hope to remind members that AOII is more than an organization; it is a sisterhood built on genuine connections, shared values, and a lifelong commitment to one another.
What are you loving right now?
Right now, I’m listening to Ella Langley’s new album on repeat. I also love starting my day with Sadie Robertson’s WHOA That’s Good podcast while I’m in the car.
How has AOII impacted your life?
Alpha Omicron Pi has shaped me into the leader, friend, and woman I am today. As a collegian, it gave me lifelong friendships, opportunities to serve, and experiences that challenged me to grow with confidence and purpose. Now, as an alumna, I have the privilege of helping other women discover the impact AOII can have on their lives while continuing to carry AOII’s values with me in both my personal and professional life.

By helping them build confidence as leaders. I want to share the love and support with them that AOII showed me during my time as a collegian!

How has AOII impacted your life?
AOII has had an incredible impact on my life. In college, AOII opened so many doors for me. I found my dearest friends through AOII, challenged myself as a leader, and grew into the person I am proud to be today. As an alumna, I am so excited to pour into collegians and get to be part of their AOII experience.

How do you plan to inspire ambition among our members?
I plan to inspire ambition by leading by example. In my role working with the leaders I will build their confidence and show them what all they are capable to accomplish

As a collegian AOII shaped me to be a confident leader and have confidence in all things I immerse myself in. As an alumna I feel the support more than ever as the sisterhood has expanded internationally.

My JBL speaker and my mascara (Maybelline Sky High) – I genuinely don’t know how i’d function without either.
What are you most excited about for the ELC position for the 2026-2027 term?
Learning how individual chapters differ from one another and adapt to their unique campus cultures and traditions. I’m excited to see what makes each chapter special and learn from the different experiences along the way.
How do you plan to inspire ambition among our members?
I hope I can empower members to recognize their own potential and help them understand how they can strengthen their member experience, both individually and as a chapter.
What are you loving right now?
Currently rewatching Outer Banks, streaming Carolina Panthers games and content whenever I can, and listening to Ella Langley on repeat!
How has AOII impacted your life?
AOII has given me countless friendships, connections, and experiences that I will cherish for the rest of my life. It has shaped so much of who I am today and continues to give me opportunities to grow, even after graduating.

My AirTags are an absolute travel essential! They give me peace of mind by helping me keep track of all of my luggage and bags while I’m on the road.
What are you most excited about for the ELC position for the 2026-2027 term?
I am most looking forward to recruitment season and helping the chapters I work with welcome new members. I’m excited to support women as they grow their chapters and create meaningful membership experiences.
How do you plan to inspire ambition among our members?
I hope to encourage women to find confidence in themselves and use their voices. I want to be someone who believes in them, challenges them to reach their goals, and serves as a cheerleader and source of support when they need it most.

How has AOII impacted your life?
AOII helped me find my confidence and gave me a lifelong community of support across North America. It has connected me with incredible women who have encouraged me, challenged me to grow, and helped me find a true sense of belonging. As an alumna, that support has only continued, reminding me that AOII is a sisterhood that lasts far beyond college.

What is something you cannot live without on the road/while traveling?
Powerbank and my AirPods! Whenever I’m traveling or in between chapters, I always have my music playing.
What are you most excited about for the ELC position for the 2026-2027 term?
I’m most looking forward to meeting sisters from different chapters, learning from their experiences, and building relationships across AOII. I’m excited to bring what I’ve learned from my own chapter and help other members and chapters grow!
How do you plan to inspire ambition among our members?
I want to help members recognize their potential and feel confident enough to go after opportunities, even when they feel outside of their comfort zone. I hope to lead by example and remind them that they are capable of more than they may realize.
What are you loving right now?
I’m currently watching Love is blind and im always discovering new music!! My ELC friends have put me on a lot of new country artists!
How has AOII impacted your life?
AOII has completely shaped the person and leader I am today. As a collegian, it gave me a community where I felt supported while also constantly challenging me to grow. Through leadership, recruitment, and the relationships I built, I learned how to lead with empathy, communicate with confidence, and believe in myself even when I didn’t have all the answers. Now, as an alumna and an ELC, I’m so grateful to get to give back to the organization that gave me so much. AOII has shown me that sisterhood can extend far beyond a college campus, and I’m excited to continue building those connections while helping other members make the same special memories.

What is something you cannot live without on the road/while traveling?
My portable noise machine and a silk pillow case! No matter where I am, I know that I will get a good nights sleep and feel like home with those things.
What are you most excited about for the ELC position for the 2026-2027 term?
I’m most looking forward to traveling to different parts of the country and learning about different school traditions. Each chapter has unique traditions related to its campus, and I can’t wait to possibly be a part of them! Specifically excited to learn about chapters’ pomping traditions!
How do you plan to inspire ambition among our members?
I plan to inspire ambition by providing support that reflects all the training we completed at headquarters before hitting the road. I plan to always be a helping hand wherever the chapters might need it! Always being available and having a positive attitude is something that I want to be able to model for members in chapters that I visit.
What are you loving right now?
Currently, I am watching Ransom Canyon but I am excited to watch the new outer banks. I also plan to re watch the vampire diaries in the fall!
How has AOII impacted your life?
AOII has opened so many doors for me, including this position, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to travel around to different chapters for the next nine months. I had the opportunity to live in the house as well as hold a position that allowed me to build my leadership skills and also create long-lasting friendships that will go beyond just the four years of college.
